We want you to love your Rare Beauty favorites, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns on all orders within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and in gently used condition to qualify for a full refund.
Start Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process.
Print Your Label
Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid return shipping label provided via email.
Pack Your Products
Securely pack your items in the original box and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and processed at our warehouse, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
